QR codes that stay under your control, even after printing

Create the right QR code for every use, publish your PDF documents while choosing what each reader can view, download or print, and track every scan. Edit the content at any time, without reprinting.

How it works

Three steps, a few minutes.

  1. Choose the type

Website, PDF document, menu, business card, Wi-Fi, reviews… every use has its QR code type.

  2. Add your content

A guided form, a ready-made mobile page and a preview before publishing.

  3. Customise and download

Colours, logo and frame, a readability check, then PNG, SVG or PDF export ready for print.

What sets us apart

Secure PDF documents

Publish a diploma, a certificate, a catalogue or a report behind a QR code, and decide precisely what the reader can do.

  • Selected visible pages, the rest of the document stays private
  • Download and printing allowed or not
  • Dynamic watermark on viewed pages
  • Expiry, revocation and password
  • New version of the document without reprinting the QR code
  • Traceability of every view

Analytics

Useful analytics, without tracking people

Every dynamic QR code has its own dashboard. No IP address is stored: unique visitors are estimated with a fingerprint renewed every day.

  • Scans and unique visitors over time
  • Devices, operating systems and browsers
  • Countries, cities and languages
  • Hourly heat map of scans
  • Type-specific metrics: clicks, coupons used, reviews
  • CSV exports and scan notifications

Physical archives

A paper archive management module will link each original to its actual location: building, room, shelf, box.

  • Location of every original
  • QR labels for boxes and files
  • Inventories and movements

Frequently asked questions

What is a dynamic QR code?

A dynamic QR code contains a short link to the platform. You can therefore change its content after printing, measure its scans, protect it with a password or give it an expiry date. A static QR code holds the information directly in the image: it can no longer be changed.

Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and requires no credit card. Paid plans can be tried for free once per account.

What do people see when they scan my QR codes?

Depending on the type: a hosted mobile page (business card, menu, event, document…), a redirect to your website, or the intended action directly (call, Wi-Fi, email). They need no app and no account.

How are my PDF documents protected?

Every file is scanned by an antivirus and stored outside the public space. The document opens in a built-in viewer, according to your settings: visible pages, download, printing, watermark, expiry and revocation.

Do my QR codes stay active if I change plans?

Yes. If your new plan allows fewer dynamic QR codes than you have, the most recent ones beyond the limit are suspended, never deleted; you then choose which ones to keep active.

In which formats can I download my QR codes?

As PNG (from 200 to 4,000 pixels), SVG and PDF. A readability check makes sure your customisation does not prevent scanning.

Can I work as a team?

Yes. Invite members and give them a role: account administrator, editor or viewer. The number of members depends on your plan.

Where is my data hosted?

In a data centre located in Europe. The privacy policy details the data processed, how long it is kept and your rights.

Do you offer an API?

Yes: a documented REST API and signed webhooks, depending on your plan. The documentation is public, on the developer portal.

How can I pay?

With the online payment methods offered when you subscribe, or by manual payment (bank transfer, mobile money deposit, cash) with proof of payment. Every payment comes with an invoice.
