A dynamic QR code contains a short link to the platform. You can therefore change its content after printing, measure its scans, protect it with a password or give it an expiry date. A static QR code holds the information directly in the image: it can no longer be changed.

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and requires no credit card. Paid plans can be tried for free once per account.

Depending on the type: a hosted mobile page (business card, menu, event, document…), a redirect to your website, or the intended action directly (call, Wi-Fi, email). They need no app and no account.

Every file is scanned by an antivirus and stored outside the public space. The document opens in a built-in viewer, according to your settings: visible pages, download, printing, watermark, expiry and revocation.

Yes. If your new plan allows fewer dynamic QR codes than you have, the most recent ones beyond the limit are suspended, never deleted; you then choose which ones to keep active.

As PNG (from 200 to 4,000 pixels), SVG and PDF. A readability check makes sure your customisation does not prevent scanning.

Yes. Invite members and give them a role: account administrator, editor or viewer. The number of members depends on your plan.

In a data centre located in Europe. The privacy policy details the data processed, how long it is kept and your rights.

Yes: a documented REST API and signed webhooks, depending on your plan. The documentation is public, on the developer portal.

With the online payment methods offered when you subscribe, or by manual payment (bank transfer, mobile money deposit, cash) with proof of payment. Every payment comes with an invoice.

The mention next to each price tells you whether the amount excludes or includes tax. Your invoices show the amount excluding tax, the taxes and the total.

A paid plan can be tried for free once per account, for the period shown. Without a subscription at the end of the trial, the account returns to the Free plan; your content is kept.

Yes. An upgrade is immediate and charged pro rata for the remaining period. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal date.

The yearly subscription costs the equivalent of ten months: two months free compared with paying monthly.

From the “My plan” page, at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the Free plan.

You are notified before the due date and then reminded. After a grace period, content creation is suspended until payment; your existing QR codes are not deleted.

If you disallow download and printing, the document is not offered as a file: it is displayed page by page in the viewer. No technique can fully prevent a screenshot; the dynamic watermark helps identify its origin.

Yes. Upload a new version: the QR code already printed immediately shows the corrected document. You can still view previous versions in the media library.

The QR code is revoked: it shows that the document is no longer available and will never be reassigned to other content.
